Who are we ?
This illustrious house founded in 1900 and modernized in 2014 by a young and dynamic team, reconciles bakery and pastry shop, tea salon and brasserie, the whole concept with a single slogan: homemade with super fresh products delivered every morning from Rungis.
At the head of the Grand Opéra there is Jean Ribeiro, a baker by trade. He had 2 businesses (Rueil Malmaison and Rue de Rennes in Paris) then he worked for a bakery supplier.
Le Grand Opéra was an opportunity to come back to the trade with a very nice working tool.
