Our baker bakes all the breads, baguettes, and breads for sandwiches (burger buns, country bread for tartines, bread for croques) in the basement of the shop.
We work with the Moulins Bourgeois, in the department 77. It’s one of the few mill of Ile de France. We use French flour and for our baguettes and traditional breads, we use a Label Rouge flour.
Some of our breads:
La baguette des près: a unique and pleasant taste ~ cereals and grains intake: sunflower, sesame, brown flax and golden flax ~ great conservation.
Le Pain Baltik: delicately covered by barley flakes, this bread is a mixture of barley and wheat flour, and a touch of sunflower, brown flax, golden flax and red millet grains. Elaborated with rye sourdough, it’s a tasty bread with a nice brown look.
Each and every viennoiseries are homemade, which makes all the difference with other shops of the neighborhood.
The Motaigu PDO butter that we use provides an incomparable flavor with it’s characteristic hazelnut taste.
The specialty of the house is the puff brioche. Come and taste it.
